I am going to do the 10-day lemonade cleanse as a jumpstart to my lifestyle change, I don't want to call it a diet because diets get cheated on and I'm not going down that road again. I made a promise to myself that I will eat healthier and curve my sweet-tooth. So here is the website that I got my information regarding the Lemonade diet from: Lemonade Cleanse
Remember that this is essentially a fast meaning that all I will be ingesting is the lemonade, decaffinated herbal teas and water. I will also do a 1-2 times a day laxative made of sea salt and water which is explained on the site above. I surely don't believe the hype that I could lose 20 lbs on this cleanse but hey you never know, we carry so much shit (literally) in our bodys that maybe it does weigh 10-20 lbs.
I will be on here with updates and possibly making a few vids during that week to help keep my mind off of food.
With that said, I am going to start my cleanse on March 28th.
